Pilate classes are being run by Jane Hollstein who's experience's, qualifications B.Ed.(Hons), Fitness Scotland ETM, Fitness Pilates and knowledge in the Fitness and Health  industry spans over twenty five years. 

 

Jane offers a relaxed, fun, friendly and informative environment as a teaching method for the individual or group at all levels of fitness and at their individual pace.  Above is a video of some of the Pilate exercises Jane does in class.
